How Do I connect the AV Receiver to the Sound Card of my Graphic Card ? Because my AMD 7770 only has three ports:
1 DVI
2. HDMI
3.two small ports (don't know the name)

I tried using the HDMI and the Audio worked but then my monitor will split in two because my PC then Recognized the Av Receiver as a monitor.

There has to be a way to do this !?

BTW: I want to do this setup so that my AV Receiver and my Headset that is connected to the deafult realtek audio on the front of my PC split the sound and then this way I can Voice Chat trough my Headset and hear all the orther main audio like games and music trough my AV Receiver.

Solution
Weird. I can't say I can test it, due to a lack of receivers with HDMI ports.

My only advice is something I thought I'd never say (shudders): get a cheap soundcard with optical out.

Are this spdif cables ? Thats what appeared when I searched it on Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Digital-Optical-Audio-Toslink/dp/B001TH7GSW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373069741&sr=8-1&keywords=spdif+cable

I just checked the SPDIF cable option and my AV Receiver supports it but I don't think my Mother Board has an SPDIF cable output here is a photo of my MotherBoard Ports:

I can't use your second solution because the problem is that my monitor only has VGA and DVI ports, it doesn't has audio support.

EDIT:

http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-VGA-converter-Audio-Converter/dp/B003O55U8K/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1373071456&sr=1-7&keywords=hdmi+to+vga+with+audio

Will this converter do the job ? If I use the Graphic Card HDMI and convert it to VGA and that will let me display it on my monitor and the audio jack on the converter connect it to my AV Receiver...could this setup work ?

How do I do that ? Because when I go to manage audio devices in windows it only appears Realtek audio that is the default one of my MB and the AMD one appears with a red check-mark and it doesn't let me even click it or configure it. This happens when I hook it up with the setup you told me (HDMI from gpu to receiver and out from receiver to monitor using HDMI>DVI cable) BUT when I use the old setup that is an HDMI cable from the GPU to the receiver and another DVI cable from the GPU to the monitor, this way the audio works but then the AV Receiver is treated as a monitor and I have to use an extended display that sucks because my mouse goes out the right border of the screen.

And yes my receiver works perfectly...Its the setup or something that is wrong.

Yes I already tried that but when I disable the other monitor (AV Receiver, dont know why the AV receiver its recognized as an extended monitor, I think its because of the HDMI) then I get no audio...The only way to hear the AV Receiver is to use the extended display or duplicate screen. With the extended display everything is OK I get display and the audio split that I want but then when the mouse goes to the right of the screen it disappears because of the extended display and I have to drag it back...its a mess

I tried duplicating displays but then when I launched games like Call of Duty then I had no display and crashed the only way is using the extended display and that is not an option because of the hard time using the mouse.
