Building new gaming rig. Need help.

Looking to spend around $2500 on a new gaming rig. I have one 30" dell monitor and a full tower case. All else will be new. Will start with one 780 and add another down the road if needed. SSD for OS. Not sure if I should go with Z87 with 4770K or x79 with 3930K. Would like to stay with air cooling. Maybe liquid for CPU only if needed. Would be happy at 4.2Ghz. Don't really see the need for anything above that. System for gaming only. Please help me with a parts list.

Best build i could come up with. Don't buy those expensive motherboards (they don't have much impact on the actual gaming) instead invest money in the gpu and cpu which are the key components in gaming performance.

And I don't think I would need 2 - 780's for only 1 - 30" monitor. If I did need another, I could always add it later. I think the 3930K CPU would last me several years. What do you think?

I think the power supply is too much as your build only needs about 550w other than that i would prefer my build since its more powerful but the choice is up to you. Anyway both builds will overkill any game you play for a long time down the road.
