Here is the system I have in mind
AMD FX-8350
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -- AMD 970
AMD-Liquid CPU Cooling System
16 GB [4 GB X4] DDR3
2x AMD Radeon HD 7770 - 1GB (crossfire)
750 Watt - Corsair
2x 500 GB WD VelociRaptor HARD DRIVE 1000RPM
2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm
12x Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY
NZXT Phantom 410 Gaming Case
Windows 7

Personally I would also avoid crossfire. Too many issues. Just get one good card and then add another later if you need to. Though if you wanted to go with more than one card I would go nVidia. The GTX 760 is at a really good price point at the moment and should be awesome if you want to SLI them at a later date. :)

Work for the most part. The system will need to run 6 monitors at least, and be able to handle several different applications running at the same time. Anything that will make it easier to to manage a small business network, and servers would be great

I don't think my previous response about this system being for work helped this posts popularity. I played Warcraft II a few months ago. Does that get me back in the game?:)

The reason I planned on having 2 500GB hard drives was to support Raid 0. Do you think it would be better to go with 1tb drive? Do you mean the AMD processor and/or the video cards? What do you recommend instead?
