Hi All,

Below are couple of builds I created, I plan to buy one of them only.

http://pcpartpicker.com/b/Dum (Intel Core i7-3770K build)

http://pcpartpicker.com/b/Duk (AMD FX-8350 build)

I would be mainly using the PC in below order (I am software engg)

1.) Programming (Plan to do some heavy directx & opengl programming)
2.) Video Editing/Rendering
3.) Gaming (would love to play any recent games) - Usually don't have much time though. I guess I won't be using it for gaming that much.

Please let me know which build looks better (which should I buy). Please suggest any changes I should make to any one of them. I am open to suggestions and would love to hear from you guys.

Another thing is I would prefer to connect at least 2 Monitor (If it can support 3 it will be great but 2 is good for now)

Thanks in advance!!!

If you are really into video editing then get the fx 8350. t is faster than the i7 in video editng.....Also the gpu in that build is better....
If you allow me than I can give you a similar build at a similar budget but with a ssd to increase the snappiness of your PC..
Srry I couldn't reply to your private message....My account is suffering from serious thread tracking issue....

What about this build...I have added a ssd, and a better gpu than your previous build. And yo can always overclocked the fx 8320 to clocks far beyond the stock fx 8350. So this is almost equal on the cpu side. But overall this build is much more balanced.
AND GUESS WHATT!!! THIS IS CHEAPER THEN YOUR PREVIOUS BUILD!!!

If you liked my answer be sure to select it as the best answer......I'd greatly appreciate it....

This build can game, and always beat intel in heavy rendering but also always remember that intel always good in single-threaded such as gaming.
overclock AMD will crunch a lot of electricity.

Your build is great too....But why not get ddr3 1866 instead of ddr3 1600.....The fx cpus really benefit from faster memory...
