I am looking for a 650 watt power supply at a reasonable price that offers good quality and performance. These two caught my eye. I need to know which one would be better. I'm probably gonna get either an Ivy Bridge or Haswell i5 and an MSI GTX 760 (8+6 pin), with a HDD and SSD. I might add cold cathodes and other additions in the future, and maybe a custom water cooling loop. I don't want a very noisy PSU, so that's why Seasonic's hybrid mode caught my eye, but I heard the EVGA one is pretty quiet and comes with sleeved cables, but I could live without those. It also has an interesting handle at the back...

Prices (Canada):
The EVGA costs $109.99 at NCIX and has a $20 mail-in rebate: http://www.ncix.ca/products/?affiliateid=7474144&sku=77496&vpn=120-PG-0650-GR&manufacture=eVGA&promoid=1360
The Seasonic one is $149.99 but has a discount of 10%, bringing it down to around $135: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438005

Is it worth it to get the Seasonic X650 instead of the EVGA NEX650G, or are they similar in quality and features? Please help!

Thanks for the help, but just in those 2 PSUs, which one would be better? Are they pretty similar? Also I was told that a 650 watt was more than enough, so wouldn't a 750 be overkill?
