Got a better/newer processor (No need for a cooler without an OC capable processor/board), cheaper RAM, a MUCH better GPU, a case with better airflow, and a MUCH better PSU.

And yeah, you dont need anywhere need 730w of power even if you overclocked the processor.

GPU choice is up to you, its the brains of a gaming system. The cpu is the heart.
