Hello all,
So recently I've (re)installed Windows 8 on my computer and I'm getting a lot of microstutter and lag throughout most of the programs I use. Programs take a while to load, scrolling stutters (especially when loading images in a browser) and games lag (although the one that lags most is TF2 which is just very poorly optimized), and I often get input lag on my mouse and keyboard. I've looked on the internet for solutions and I've checked off most of them (hard drive has been tested, no bottleneck on my system, etc). In fact, I've recently refreshed my comp and that seems to have made it worse. (It seems like everything I've done to help it makes it worse, up to way back when when i reinstalled windows 7 on this comp).
I've also done some bitcoin mining on this GPU (read: 40 minutes of it).
Any suggestions? I've tried everything I know of.
