Any idea what the issue might be?
Sometimes, when I start up the computer, optical drive is not recognized. It also happens when I restart the computer.
Another issue is when I command the computer to restart, it fails to so, and the PC just like shut down instead of restart, which is what I want it.
It's really strange to me, and I would be really appreciated any help here in resolving these issues.
OS is newly installed.
