MB & PSU compatibility issue?

I'm putting together a home server as a project this summer, my first build in about 10 years...

It appeared to have some pretty modest power requirements, so I selected what I felt would be a sufficiently powerful PSU for the job.

In the midst of my setup it seems that the PSU I've chosen doesn't have sufficient power connections for the motherboard.

The PSU is the Antec Basiq BP350.
The Motherboard is the Gigabyte B75M-D3H.

The motherboard has an 8-pin 12V connector near the CPU. The PSU only has the 24-pin 12V main connector, and one 4-pin 12V connector. I read some comments that the 4-pin was sufficient if your power needs were modest, but would appreciate some input as to whether that's the case, or if I need to go back for a larger PSU.

In case it's relevant, the rest of the system is an i3-3220, 16GB DDR3, 1 SSD and 3x 2TB drives.

Solution
It will run it, unless you are planning to OC. It can run just about any cpu with the 4 pins, just 8 adds more stability. Pretty much any stock clock processor will work with the 4. Also on the motherboard when I looked it up, showed only a 4 pin connector for that model. Which leads me to believe even more so that it will work just fine. If you really have to there are 4 pin molex to 4 pin cpu power adapters that you can use.

Is there a way to know whether the 4-pin is sufficient for my i3? I'm also using the onboard GPU, so there's no draw from a large discrete video card...
