help me choose smps

iam building a rig from my old dsktop.here goes the config-
core i5 3450 3.1 ghz, asus p8h77-v as mobo,corsair vengeance 4gb ddr3(1600), coolermaster haf 912 or cm 690 2 advanced, now here lies my problem should i go with haf 912 or 690 2 advanced, i have chosen ati hd6950 2gb as graphics card, if there is any thing better at this range then suggest, and also what smps to take- corsair, coolermaster, seasonic and what capacity as i want it to be future proof

no i mean any other better graphics card which may be released in future,also please tell me what kind of wattage of smps to choose? whether corsair tx 650m would do my job and would allow me to add single but better graphics card in future

no specific reason, but then suggest me something better in the same range as of the one i chose because i cannot further stretch my budget
