I want to assemble new CPU unit [Mobo+Processor+RAM+Cabinet] in 25,000-30,000 Indian Rupees (450-500 US$). which Processor is the best available now in market in my budget (less than 300$) and mobo with it. Now I have Dual core E2180 2.0GHZ proc. with asus mobo. Would this change/investment create big change in performance (for processing speed and multitasking).

Also i would like to know how many watts PSU do you have? Because knowing that is important. And don't you need a graphics card for gaming?
