How horrible is my graphics card?

Right now I have an "ATI Radeon HD 3200" graphics card, how bad is this?
There is a lot of games that I can't even run on the lowest graphics settings. I have 4gb ram, which isn't a lot but I don't think it's a major problem, and I'm not sure what else is on my PC.

well the 3200 will be able to play most games on the lowest graphics settings its not really good for gaming because it is an integrated video card meaning it uses a portion of your ram for video processing

u can't play high end games

juz buy a dedicated graphic card nvidia or radeon which has its own ram
