Why wont my AMD Athlon Compaq Presario 32 bit windows xp allow the downloads to proceed past the service pack two and accept the 4.5 .NET frameworks downloads malarkey that is required. My much older HP windows xp is running sp3 professional and is much more capable than the newer defective computer that I have (Compaq Presario blah blah blah) computer that I have. Also have a problem with the sd card reader working correctly. Wanting to know how to solve the problem.
