Full page default at opening

I seem to have lost this thread so start again. After a computer problem, now rectified I have lost the default opening at full page. I know of F11 and the little box top right hand corner of the screen to give me a maximum pager size, But I seek to set the full page as my default opening. Any advice?

havent used xp for ages

but should be roughly the same

right click on the program you want to open

select properties

then it should have run or open and a choice of normal,full screen,minimized ,maximized
