You've got an LGA1150 cpu but an LGA1155 motherboard. Those won't work together, so you need to change one of them.
Also, decide whether you're going to overclock: that cooler might be quieter than the stock cooler, but looks unlikely to be enough for overclocking. If you want to overclock, I suggest a Hyper 212 EVO instead. Otherwise, get a non-K-series cpu and an H-series motherboard.
