Hello Everyone,

I saw a few threads already created, but unfortunately I couldnt find what I was looking for, hence I created a new thread.

I am looking for a configuration with the budget as above. I primarily use 3d softwares, and photo editing softwares. Also, i play a lot of games.

i7 3370k processor is final

Am looking for a suitable motherboard, Gfx card, ram, a cabinet in which I can fix 3-4 fans & 2-3 hdds at least.

I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, hdd, writer etc.

Appreciate all your feedback.

Thanks,

Girish

Any reason for 3770K over 4770k?

Hi,

Slomo - That spec list looks good. There are a few parts which might not be available in India. 3770k was my initial pick, I might go for 4770 as well, depending upon the price.

Envy - Hdd space would be around 3 500 gbs. I generally use 1 tb externals for backing up data. Mainly use 500 gigs for real time. But you never know I might get in a tb drive as well.

I might change ram to crossair, power supply to crossair as well. 500w

Thanks a lot. I think my machine is nearly set :)

Hi just wondering if this build is also good for 3ds max + vray rendering?
