Blue Screens: Appear to be pointing to DX11 and/or Display Drivers

I'm running into BSODs every 15-20 minutes while playing games (Specifically: Final Fantasy XIV ARR: Beta- though I expect it elsewhere as well)

My build:
| Intel i5 750 @ 4.0 Ghz | EVGA P55 SLI | EVGA GTX 770 SC 2GB | 2x4GB Ripjaws X 1600/8/8/8/24 | Intel 330 180GB | XFX 750W BE | CM Storm Sniper BE | CM V6 GT |

No overclock on the GPU, latest 320.49 Drivers. Card Peaks at around 68 degrees, though spends much more time between 58-62 degrees. dxgmms1.sys appears to be Direct X11 owned, so while my next step would generally be to peel back my CPU Overclock/Memory- is this pretty clearly with my Graphics Card/Drivers? The card is brand new, as are the memory sticks.

Pretty fair to say that I have a lot of peel-back work to work off layers of potential problem causers- but hoped that the debug detail below may tip a more seasoned analyst off as to a good place to start.
