Solution

But still it won't be anywhere near the Intel one in the performance, even if it is clocked at it's maximum.
The first one is the best of them all.

But i would suggest you to go for the "i5 4570 CPU + B85 Motherboard" combo as that would be more future proof and you can just grab a cheap quad core processor 2-3 years later and upgrade your computer without changing everything.

And you should go for around 650W PSU for future upgradability. Otherwise the first build is the best of the bunch. If i had only these 4 choices then i would have gone for the first build.

That is why i said "A cheap quad core" and by that i meant get the "Locked Quad Core" in the future. Not everyone is into overclocking. I personally do not prefer overclocking. I do not see any point in spending a lot of money on a good motherboard and a better CPU cooler just to get a little performance improvements that too with increased power consumption.

Save 40-50 dollars on motherboard and another 50-60 dollars on a water cooler and spend the saved money on something else. Maybe a better CPU like the non K i7 which performs better or get a low power i7 4770S.

Everyone has different choices, i do not like to overclock things, but there a lot of guys who do, so let that be a personal preference for people.
