The fan is actually larger than 200mm and may not fit every case. It did not fit in either of two 200mm fan mounts in my Coolermaster HAF 912.
Summary
This fan won't fit in every case that supports 200mm fans due to the multiple mounting holes frame construction. It did not fit into my Coolermaster HAF 912 which supports 200mm fans.

IF the one 200m intake is cheaper than two 120mm intakes then get the 200mm.

I have two 140mm intake and two 120mm outlet + 120mm intake for water cooler.

The more fans, the more noise unless you get fans which are specialized to intake or outlet more air at a slower RPM (which results in the same performance of a regular fan but quieter).

Corsair have quiet edition 120mm and 140mm fans, but the cost a lot.
