good for OC I5-3570k + Z77A-G43?

is I5-3570k good for overclocking on Z77A-G43 mbo i am on tight budget! thanks!

Yes, the 3570K is a great OCer, I run mine 24/7 at 4.7 and often take it up to 5GHz on my ASRock Z77 Extreme 4

Having overclocked on a Pro4 before mostly any Z77 board can max out ivy on air
