More about watts
  1. 400W would be plenty, assuming it's decent quality (and has sufficient amps on the 12V rail).

According to this chart ( http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/2052/power-consumption.jpg ) on another system review ( Article Here http://www.legitreviews.com/article/2052/11/ ) using an 1-7 CPU that is much higher wattage than your i3 and 16GB. of ram etc. (so higher usage than your system overall ) the system used a max of around 250W. (figure your GPU is rated at TDP of 110 Watts and your CPU at 55W so overall a fairly low wattage TDP ) - so you should be fine with any 400+ Watt PSU that is of decent quality.

IF you have not purchased one yet Neweeg currently has a Corsair Builders Series 430W unit for $40 - $20 Rebate ( $19.99 after MIR ) ( Link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026 ) that should be fine.
