Your post title is a bit confusing, what you put in the post does not have anything to do with your title.
Best way to help a slow computer that was acting OK earlier is to backup your files and settings and then re-install Windows. Assuming you already checked for the regular things like viruses and spyware. If not, run a full scan for those, try Malwarebytes, there is a free home use version, and try a bood rescue CD from an anti-virus company like the Avira Antivir rescue disk.
The first step is to find out why its doing it, but in my experience. Start by backing up all the stuff you need, then reinstalling the OS and update it.
see how it runs after this. then start loading all your applications on but only the one you really need.
