I need help reducing the cost of my current build, and lack the knowledge to know where I can cut corners without compromising the build integrity.
Overclocking and SLI/Xfire are not required, the goal of the built is to create a solid gaming rig with 3-4 years of use before upgrading becomes a necessity.
I am located in Australia and will be ordering my parts from PC case gear.
My Current unrefined build:

*Can I get away with a stock intel cpu cooler if I have no intentions to overclock?
*Is there a better, cheaper budget mid tower case then the GX700B?
*How much lower can I go with the motherboard without sacrificing important features?
*What is the cheapest/best, lowest possible watt power supply I can use for this build?
