With this combo do you think i will be able to max out BF4 with 40fps? and will it be good enough for high to ultra settings for next gen gaming? And lastly will a 7950 give me better visuals overall and be better for next gen gaming??

Yes sir, next gen games will be amd favoured. Id pick 7950 But both cards will do just fine because there performance are rather VERY close to each other.
