First off what CPU do you have second third or forth generation? Second no igpu is really going to play Crysis 3 very good even if you could get it to work. You really need a dedicated GPU for games like that.

sorry for my english but i have a problem to with dx11 not compatible gpu and i don't know why because :

Procesor : Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~15.2GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

Your operating system supports DirectX 11, but your graphics card only supports DirectX 10. AMD didn't start support for DirectX 11 until the Radeon HD 5000 series cards. You'll need a new graphics card to play Crysis 3 or any other DirectX 11 only game.
