primary HD change

my C: OS drive is 128GB and its almost full, i also have a 750GB D: DATA drive, i was wondering what i could do to lighten the load on my C: drive, i have already moved the locations of my music, pictures and movies to my D: drive

What else do you have on the C? Games? Just Windows + applications shouldn't take that much.

Hibernation turned off? PageFile? Restore points?

yes i have a few games saved on C. is there a way to move them without messing up the load of the games??
