new gigabyte gtx770,fans at full speed,msi afterburner won't control them.

gigabyte gtx770 graphics card fans on full speed using msi afterburner wont slow them down,tried all plugs internal.gygabyte guru software wont load up when i click on it either.

i will try evga precision and see.the power supply is a corsair 800 watt,looking on msi card is running at 40 degrees when not playing a ga,e but still fans at full speed.
