Hey guys!
I want to buy a GTX 660, and I don't know - which is better for overclocking?
ASUS or GIGABYTE?

In the end, they are both the exact same card, so the one with the best cooling automatically wins. In my experience, the Gigabyte cooler has been the best, and therefore will provide you with lower temperatures, which leads to better OCing capability. :)

I would certainly second the Gigabyte one. It has more of a open air structure than even ASUS's DirectCUII. If you have great airflow, the Gigabyte card will provide a better overclocking experience.

Third! Go with the Gigabyte. Better cooling solution and typically quieter to boot (unless you get a DirectII CU).

But look at this:

ASUS:

GIGABYTE:

What do you think about that?
ASUS has a higher clock speed after OCing...
(it's from TechPowerUp).

Where did those shots come from? Remember that Gigabyte sells a non-OC version of the card, too. These grabs could have been taken while the eVGA was under load and the Gigabyte was not, or under other, similarly different circumstances. In my experience, factory OC cards typically climb even higher than the speed at which they are rated when you push them.
