Two unwanted instances of operating system on one laptop

By accident I've installed to instancs of win 7 on the same laptop. This gives me a dual boot don't want. (In boo wndow I can tell the one fom the other and they seem to change order all the time). Any sugestions anyone? Bohflu

You can remove the unwanted windows 7 installation by either

Using the windows 7 installation media.
or you can use msconfig > boot and remove the OS.
