This is my first computer build and I am using the new 4th gen CPU for it. I want to see if I picked good parts. I am also on a budget and need to lower the prices. Also put any constructive criticsms you think of and things I should remember while building like noob mistakes. Thanks in advance :)

Few other questions: Is an aftermarket heatsink fan really necessary? On the PCPartPicker webpage it says estimated wattage is 303w. Does that mean I can downgrade on my PSU? Doing those things would help me with the money situation.
