Which screws to put with my mobo and if I need the washers

I have an ASUS F2A85-M PRO mobo and was wondering which screws to use to attach it to my case. It came with small screws with flat heads and medium screws with rounded heads. Also, would i need to use the reddish washers with this mobo?

It's your choice. Just be sure that whichever screws you choose (see what I did there?), they don't touch any metal on the mobo i.e. overlap a soldered connection. Some of the bigger headed screws can cause shortages. Pretty rare, but worth a double check so as not to compromise your new board.
