I don't know much when it comes to hardware in general, and I know much less about motherboards than anything else. I had a HORRIBLE lightning storm and my network card got fried. Is it easily replaced? How do I know what kind of card to get? All I know is that I need to replace it.
Another thing, It's not completely screwed up, meaning it can connect to the internet but the requests time out and it's horrendously slow, AND it works on faster connections. That's indicative of packet loss unless I'm mistaken.
Thanks.
