SLI on 2 different cards

I bought a computer with a gt 530 and i bought a msi gtx 660 tf and i was wondering if i could sli or would it even help?

HD6xxx and HD7xxx scale BETTER than SLI, but they have OTHER issues to be concerned about, but from a pure FPS scaling perspective, AMD has the upper hand on the HD6xxx by far and very competitive on HD7xxx.

Yep, you have to have two cards with the same memory and the same GPU. They can be clocked differently and come from different board manufacturers, but have to be the same GPU.

Crossfire you can pair different GPU's together, but Crossfire doesn't scale close to SLI.
