Hello, everyone. I have an SSD and a 1TB HD, and after a fresh install of W7, and only my SSD is showing up.. I went into BIOS and it even detects the 1TB HD! Proof: http://i.imgur.com/GDTNKKt.jpg (It's the top one)

Any idea why it isn't showing up at all in Windows? Thank you...

Solution
Go to Windows "Disk Manager". It is likely shown there. If you have not formatted the drive, "it's new", then simply right click in the drive rectangle and select format. Follow the simple directions and you are set to go. (you can make multiple partitions if you like at this time by choosing an amount (MB's) smaller than the total size, and then repeat the process with the remaining size)
It a bug sometimes that happens. Use windows drive tool and see if the drive shows up there healthy and ready. If it is most time you just add a drive letter. If you fdisk or formatted the ok'd hard drive sometime windows will have you do an exta step to make it pop up in windows. If there data on the drive hopefully you unplugged the drive before you ran windows installer. The installer know to format hd to put the system restore partion on it.
