Im gathering the last few parts for my build and im not sure what motherboard to get. I really want one that is realiable and great for gaming. The mobo has to be under $150 because im going to try to save extra cash in other places for a better gpu. I have an i7 3770K cpu in my build and a GTX 760 (Maybe amped up to a 770). Any help?
Best gaming MoBo for 1155 socket around $140-ish??

The Rock's Extreme 4, am running 1 24/7 3570K at 4.7 with 32GB of GSkill Tridents, as a builder, have built a lot on this mobo and it will take all I throw at it (which is a lot, I test all sorts of components on it. The Asus mobo is agood one also, but doesn't seem to OC quite as well or handle larger/higher amounts of DRAM as the EX4, have only worked with about 15 of them, but overall the Rock's the better mobo

I'm a fan of the Extreme4 as well, been really good to me. Running a 3770k and a 770 in it, everything runs fantastic. Though to be totally honest, you could get the mobo from ASUS at this price range and be just as happy, both are solid makes. Gigabytes mobos in this price range are also well made from what I hear, but I have no experience with them. ASRock has done well for me, I like the way the BIOS is set up, and I've been able to get decent OCs from both the chips I've had in it.

Some may have gotten a bad mobo, as with any mobo they may simply not know what they are doing....I still build about 50 or so rigs a year and actually end up with a few more problems w/ Asus and GB mobos than I do with Rock mobos (and I build more on the Rock ones), all three are in the Big 3 and I recommend any of them for their QC, support and quality of product...beyond them going to MSI, BioStar, and others I have just come to find it's not worthwhile to waste my (and my clients) time on them, chances are good for problems

Do you recommend the ASRock Extreme 4 or Extreme 6? Btw my build consists of an i7 3770k, GTX 760 OC, and 16GB RAM. (The rest is necessary)

You can go the 6, but the 4 should be more than enough, I originally bought mine to test/play with, thinking I'd go to a higher end board shortly down the road, but this has taken everything I've thrown at, which has been a ton of different components, I use both this and my SB rig to test components on

Up to you, I never get those, I tend to figure if anything major wrong, it'll go in the first 30 days under test OCing and stress testing
