Is this computer configuration good?

I'm currently looking for a new computer and i was on cyberpower making this and its only $700 with ought shipping or tax so its the price i want. Im just not sure on if it is good or not for some of the upcoming games.

Configuration:

learn to do it yourself and buy used parts. It's worth it. For $700 you could easily get yourself an i5/7870 rig. if you need any help, PM me, we're all here to help

I personally think I could do it myself but the thing is I'm not paying for it it's my parents money because I don't have a part time job yet. I'm in college and I don't really have the time to do it. Plus I don't think my parents would trust me to do it.

i wouldn't want to waste my parent's money. It really isn't that good. VERY mediocre.

As long as you have at least a Radeon HD 7870, you will have a decent gaming rig. It won't be top-tier, but you'll be able to run a lot of newer games without a lot of issues.

Although I wouldn't quite yet go off and buy parts just yet. Morritse is right; make sure to do your research so you get what you know you want to get and it suits you.

well we want to stay 1000 or under but you hear so many different things about different cards, cpus and so on that it is a little difficult to know what is best

I know i plan on focusing on college this is really for just weekends and free time but i want to be able to play games because i dont plan to buy either on of the new consoles i dont think its worth it
