Need advise on cooling system and power supply

So I have; asus maximus V formula, i7 3930k, and gtx 690 along with 16 gigs of ddr3 ram. The case is a NZXT Phantom PHAN-003RD Enthusiast ATX Full Tower(I know case can be better but gotta work with what I've got though do welcone suggestions). What would you guys recomend I get for power supply and cooling system to go with the components?

PSU, a quality 850W especially if you intend to overclock.
Cooling, depends on how much you have to sink into it. Most ideal would be a custom water-loop, but strapping an NH-D14 to the 3930k and using the stock cooling on the 690 would serve you fine.

That's a great cpu cooler I hadn't seen. I was tempted to purchase a ZALMAN CNPS 9900 MAX 135mm however not sure if it be better to purchase th NH-D14
