oh alright do u think i will be able to max out games like civilization 5, (on high settings)battlefield 3, or even have a chance at crysis 3? and will the cpu bottleneck the 7770 since its pretty slow compared to the better phenom ii x4 955 or the 965?

From personal experience with a Radeon 7770 (I have a dual fan MSI branded 7770), it's a great little card. It was part of my first build, and I could run most games maxed on the 1600x900 resolution that I had it on. It's by no means a top-end GPU, but for a budget build it's certainly worth the money. I can't fully speak for its performance at 1920x1080 as I have little experience with one at that resolution. Basically if you're on the fence about whether the card is worth your money, then yes. It definitely is. Your link didn't work for me so I don't know which one you're picking, but I have the GHz edition.

Edit: The card I'm referring to: http://www.amazon.ca/MSI-VC-MS-R77702PMD1GD5-128-Bit-Dual-Link-DisplayPort/dp/B0077POOVM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373187181&sr=8-1&keywords=msi+7770

I have a Radeon 7770 GHz edition, which, yes is overclocked to begin with, but it didn't really go much past the 1020 it came at. I don't use the card anymore but if I recall correctly I couldn't go past 1050. Either way, you shouldn't need to overclock this card. If you were to buy a stock speed 7770 and overclock it, I don't know how well it would overclock though, I can't speak for it in that way.
