My new PC Build, will it work all good?

Hi all i want to know if the following PC specs will work pretty good and power would be enough:
Core i5 4570\Core i5 3470
GA-P85-D3\GA-P75-D3
Corsair vengeance 8gb 1600 mhz
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 Windforce OC
XFX PRO 650W
Cooler master haf 912
will those be all good??

Yeah, those would be good, but can you just tell your budget, country you live in and the store you are buying from so that i can recommend something better if possible in that price range.
