Artifacts with GTX670

Recently I have started getting artifacts across a lot of my games. In some games they appear immediately when I get into the game and in others it can take a couple of hours in-game before they appear. Here's a few examples:

Screenshot1 (Civ5)
Screenshot2 (Cube World)

I don't have any screenshots from other games, but similar artifacts have appeared in several different games.

Overheating GPU is often mentioned but I'm pretty sure I can rule that out, since it stays below 70C at all times.
As mentioned above it varies when the artifacts show up and I can't seem to pinpoint the exact problem and can't think of anything I have done that would cause this. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My specs:
Asus P8Z77-V mobo
i5-3570k (overclocked to 4.3ghz)
Evga GTX 670 (FTW edition)
8gb RAM
750w PSU

Have tried different drivers, but they started appearing with the same drivers that had worked fine until recently.
Not OC'd beyond the factory OC.
