Solution
Parts Preferences: Intel Core i5-4670K
Overclocking: No

The CPU you want is for over-clockers, it may also have a beefer GPU but for your workload that is unlikely to make a difference.

If you want light gaming it would be better to get a dedicated, and affordable, video card instead.

Do you want to build it yourself, or are you considering purchasing from an OEM such as Dell or HP?

I see the mistake I made there. So I'd probably go with the 4670 (non-k) instead. I'd like to build myself rather than buy OEM so I know exactly what I'm getting. This is my first build which you can probably tell since I tried to put a processor made for overclocking yet I didn't want to overclock! What would be a decent, affordable video card to get for my not too demanding needs? I will be streaming videos to a 65" TV if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help!
