No signal on monitors after new Motherboard and CPU install

I recently upgraded my motherboard, CPU, and ram on my desktop. I ended up having to reinstall Windows 7 and I have been trying to get everything to work since. My main problem right now is that only after I install the GPU driver, the starting windows screen will load but after that goes away my monitors say no signal and turn off. I can boot into safe mode without a problem and boot into windows normally as long as the GPU driver isn't installed.

My system is:
- Core I7-4770
- 8GB of DDR3 RAM
- ASUS Z87-Plus motherboard
- GeForce GTX 460 (Gigabyte)
- 550W PSU.
- Dual Monitors

I've had the graphics card for about 2 years now and has worked perfectly with my old system (intel E8400, Gigabyte motherboard, 4GB of DDR2 RAM). I have been constantly looking for new drivers for the GPU, motherboard and BIOS and so far nothing has really worked. Today, I saw that Nvidia released 320.49 driver and I installed that. I was able to boot windows normally with normal graphics but at random events the driver would crash and send no signal to my monitors. In order for me to boot windows normally after this happens I have to reinstall the GPU driver and the process repeats.

Any suggestions as a fix to this problem would be greatly appreciated! I've been working on this for a couple weeks now and I would really like to get my computer working. If any further information is needed just let me know and I'll post it.

Thanks!

i would advise against updating your motherboard bios. only do it if it's been shown to fix the exact documented problem you're having.

updating the bios can be easy, but if something goes wrong, you're wayyyy up sh*t creek without a paddle.

I would try starting windows in safe mode. "In Safe mode, the computer does not start the video adapter driver that is used during normal operations". Might help diagnose the issue.

Yes, I have tried installing the driver off the CD that the graphics card came with and ran into the same problem. As far as the BIOS goes, Asus has released two newer BIOS versions since I bought my motherboard I have updated to both of those. I actually talked to Asus about this problem and they said to try updating the BIOS and updating the firmware of my GPU..? I wasn't really sure about how to go about updating the firmware. I couldn't find any documentation on Nvidia's website about updating the firmware so I haven't done that yet.

This is the power supply that I have: APEVIA ATX-CW500WP4 500W ATX Power Supply
Here is the link to it on Newegg too if that helps: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817148027

I can boot into safe mode no problem. I actually boot into safe mode to disable the graphics driver so I can boot windows normal to reinstall and install the graphics drivers.
