this is affecting 2 computers that i know of. we should be getting 50mp from comcast and we are lucky to be getting 1.10-1.50mp. they gave us a new modem to boot. (still renting it) we dont know what could be cauing it. we did have a guy come out twice and in the end he thinks it could be are browsers causing it. (y would it affect both pcs at the same time) i tryed the speed test on chrome same over all speed, just a faster upload speed of 10mb.
i have a windows 8 laptop and he has a windows 7 computer...
if someone could help plz do so.
i also looked for any spyware and viruses, nothing... i do know they cant see everything and iwish i new where to look to delete them manually.
