Hi, I have a RAID setup with 2 sets of 1TB (non-system) drives. Windows is installed on a 128GB SSD. After attempting to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and passing through 3 BSODs, the system finally booted, but my internal non-system RAID drives were no longer recognized by Windows.

The pre-boot RAID setup screen shows them as healthy still, and even the Intel Rapid Storage Technology program shows them as both healthy and active.

Could it be that the partition tables got corrupted? Does anyone have any steps I can take to try and at least get my data back? My important data was already backed up, but I did have some music and stuff I would like to at least recover. Thanks so much for any help you can offer! :)

UPDATE: I did some searching around and found the program iCare Data Recovery and it seems to work great! All is well, so hope this helps anyone with a similar problem.

Awesome Dr_JRE! Thank you so much. :)  I think I will be able to recover the data from the drives, but this seems like very good information to have on hand! Cheers.
