Gigabyte (Z77X-UD5H) Boot Loop Issues

My bios eventually posts, but about 50% of the time it cycles through a boot loop 2 or 3 times before posting (attempts to boot to the bios, then the backup bios, back to the bios, etc). It happens most often when my computer has been shut down for a while (even if no new components are added or USB cables are rearranged, etc). Should I look into getting a new PSU or doing an RMA for the board?

Specs:
*Intel Core i7 2600k
*Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard
*Ultra U12-40874 LSX 750-Watt PSU
*Nvidia GTX 570
*Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 RAM
*3 SSDs and 1 HD

I neglected to mention I had already done that. I've tried one stick in all slots and unplugged components. It still loops sometimes. Which is what's so weird to me: Occasionally it posts on the first try. Other times it will loop like 10 times before it finally posts normally.

I'm on the latest stable version of the bios (f14). Would you recommend flashing to the latest beta bios to fix this sort of issue? I didn't want to mess with it originally because it is a beta update after all.

Use CPU z read your ram. There two ram voltages for these kits a 1.35v and 1.5v. Make sure both dimms ate the same amd are 1.5v dimms. Also look under the spd info and see if your mb reading the ram spd info right. The last is look under the mb qal list for ram, if your dimm are not there see if the ram vendor will swap your ram for ram that on there qal list.

They are both 1.5v.

Not readily available, but I can borrow some from a friend sometime this week if it comes to that.

It seems to be working with this. But sometimes it just randomly works, so it's hard to say. I will post again if the loop returns...

The boot loop issues have persisted. I guess it happens a little less frequently than before, but it's still an annoyance. In an attempt to fix it I've upgraded to the latest beta bios (F15q). It is no better and no worse than it was before the flashing. Maybe this is related somehow, but I've NEVER been able to boot into the backup bios. As always, any feedback/ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not seeing an option to adjust CPU/NB for this particular MB. Is there another name for it? And, in case it's relevant, my processor is Intel not AMD.
