Whenever I try to run a game on my new build the graphics card drivers fail after 5 minutes. It goes to a black screen then comes back up saying it recovered. I have the latest Nvidia drivers and motherboard drivers.

I have:
MSI Z87-G45 Motherboard
Core i7 4770k 3.5 GHz
Gskill Aries 16 GB ram
Geforce GTX 660
Rosewill 1300 Watt PSU
Bitfeinix Full Tower
Windows 7 Professional x64

I had a GTX 760 in it but I downgraded it to the GTX 660 to see if the errors still existed and they weren't as consistent. I have upgraded the bios and installed all the driver's MSI provides for the model motherboard.

Please help me figure out what is wrong with my build.

I have also installed windows twice.

Solution
I've seen some motherboard problem paired with PCI-e 3.0 VGA card, try to disable 3.0 in the bios (running 2.0 will not affect your performance) to see if that helps

How have you not heard of rosewill before? The mind boggles.

Went into the bios, went to PCI settings and turned all slots to gen 2. So far everything has worked beautifully, I have ran Far Cry 3 for the past 10 minutes on full settings at 150 FPS.
Thank you for the help!
