I changed a few things. I went with a combo with the msi board and the 4670k you save a little bit more then you would have with the asus board and you in my opinion get the more attractive pcb color in black and red. I went with a cheaper set of memory the ripjaws aren't bad however you really do not need the taller heatsink setup on ram. Also, I changed the graphics card. Gigabyte cards are great however there customer support is awful you are better off going with a company like EVGA and this is there top tier air cooled card they have great support, warrantys, and the turn around time on a rma is very quick versus gigabyte which has some pretty horrid response people get there stuff back typically within 3-4 weeks with EVGA a week...

I didn't touch the case because it seems like you have the case you want in mind already picked out. Power supply is good although I would of preferred a modular power supply myself. Also with your keyboard choice that is more of a personal choice as well however I would of opted for a mechanical keyboard beyond your default keyboard. I did change out your SSD you had a nice one for the price however given the price to performance I think you can do better given your budget as well.
