Much better..

OK changes made and why.

6-Core AMD instead of 4 and its cheaper.
Better mobo that has MORE USB3 connectivity and allows OCing and Dual-GPUs for a small price increase...
Dropped the SSD because 60GB is too little and VERY frustrating, it will not help you in games but saving up for a 120GB SSD is much better.
More reliable PSU added.
MUCH better graphics card, which is gonna help you a hell of a lot more than a 60GB SSD.
Cheaper but perfectly fine RAM added too. You can keep the snipers if you like them. That is not a must as it is within your budget to get the slightly better RAM if you like my build.

I would alos get this chassis instead. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-200r
Its much better, that that is up to you as its mostly cosmetic, even though the 200R is better quality an dbetter cooled too.
