Hyper 212 evo fan loud

Hi guys, I recently installed a hyper 212 evo into my new build. (Asus z87-pro and Haswell i5-4670k).

I feel like the one fan I installed (the stock one) is loud even at 600 rpm. Is it possible I installed it wrong or I have a faulty fan? Its not rattling or anything, its just an audible fan all the time.

what are you using to see fan speeds are you sure they are not running faster. is it any quiter or louder when you are in the bios. you can see fan speeds there and know they are correct. you can also see you cpu temps, btw how are your temps?

my hyper 212 is set up to push air through the fins and out the top of the case. I can hear my fan also(at least i think it is that fan i have several)
