Upgrading to gtx 770, PSU recommendation?

Depending on what else you have in your PC you should be fine. The 770 requires a recommended 600W and 42A over the 12V rails. That PSU has 2 x 38A 12V rails.

No need to upgrade. It's totally enough unless you plan to SLI in the future, you need to upgrade to at least 750W or 850W.

I will not be doing any SLI's, I'm good with one GPU

Thanks for the reply, gives me more assurance and faith in my old PSU. I have my CPU OC'ed but I would not be doing the same to the GPU, not until I upgrade my PSU, maybe 6-12 months later.
